Assist in ambulating, turning, and positioning residentsMaintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weightDocument actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and recordsProtect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA guidelines and related lawsReport to supervisor in an efficient and timely mannerAdditional Duties as assignedWhat you need to be successful:
Requires current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) state certificateMinimum 6 months experience in skilled nursingPass a state-required background checkAbility to read, write, and understand the English LanguageCurrent CPR CertificationCOVID-19 vaccination/booster or medical/religious exemption
