Job Description:The Role

The Director, Business Oversight will be responsible for providing end-to-end oversight of business and operational processes, increasing quality and reducing risk across the business. We’re looking for a collaborative, curious, team-focused Director that can work with business counterparts to ensure end-to-end understanding of operational complexity and address areas of risk. The primary responsibilities include:

Lead and drive quality and risk efforts supporting the

Model Management business

as well as the build-out of the

Private Assets program

.

Collaborate with product and platform business partners to identify and manage risks prior to the launch of new products or

changes to existing platforms and processes.

Provide

business judgement and leadership

to guide service recoveries, audit action items, and other risk remediation efforts.

Develop and maintain

strong relationships

at multiple levels with key internal and cross-company business partners to understand full

end-to-end environments

and capture and manage key risks.

Drive the prioritization and implementation of

controls, automation, process improvements, and documentation

to decrease risk and increase efficiency.

Closely

partner with LRC counterparts

across the firm, such as Legal (SAI/FPWA), Compliance, PI Oversight, Internal Audit and Asset Management Risk.

Act as an

advocate for SAI

throughout the organization.

Protect Strategic Advisers by managing

regulatory requirements

, such as business continuity planning, access management including information barriers, and records retention.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

8+ years working experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Broad-based investment industry experience and proven analytical skills; experience with operations, business analysis, project management, and scorecard and metrics reporting

Experience in Asset Management or with managed accounts preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; ability to produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations and manipulate data using Excel

Record of team leadership, commitment to excellence, and attention to detail

Ability to effectively manage relationships, collaborate, and influence

Ability to identify and design effective processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and identify risks/gaps in a process

Self-starter and motivated individual with ability and desire to identify solutions to problems

Ability to understand regulatory and compliance matters and apply them to the business

Strategic Advisers - Business Health & Oversight Team

The Business Health & Oversight (BHO) team is a central organization within Strategic Advisers, responsible for providing end-to-end oversight to ensure overall health of the business by mitigating risk and driving operational efficiencies through:

Enabling SAI to effectively and efficiently

manage its risk, legal and regulatory responsibilities

through broad program management

Ongoing support of risk and quality management through risk evaluations &

assessments, designing/re-designing processes, remediation efforts, and prioritization

of critical areas within the business

Supporting Incidents and Errors by

driving systemic improvement

across the organization

Focusing on internal

operating policies and procedures

and external

regulatory requirements

in conjunction with LRC
