You will manage sales activities within a defined territory, pursue new sales prospects, and achieve sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with AWS sales teams, you will build productive relationships and develop collaboration plans. An in-depth understanding of Compass UOL and AWS services is essential.Responsibilities and assignmentsEngage with AWS Sales teams to build and execute tactical and strategic go-to-market campaigns to acquire new customersMaintain communication and reporting cadence with regional Sales key stakeholders at AWSMeet with AWS Sales teams in AWS offices weeklyGenerate sales and promote market growth within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targetsConduct outbound prospecting using various channelsExecute in-territory events with the support of internal teamExecute complex sales plays and campaigns for new customer opportunitiesManage customer relationships to maximize lifetime value per customerCollaborate with internal teams for proposal generation, go-to-market, and customer successExpand relationships with existing customers to identify revenue opportunities and retain customersWork with sales leadership to identify trends, areas for improvement, and competitive advantagesManage SFDC daily to ensure accurate pipeline dataRequirements And Qualifications7+ years of proven professional services sales experience with AWSExisting relationship with AWS Sales Teams in the SMB/Mi-Enterprise SegmentAbility to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with business leadersExperience building proposals and negotiating contracts, deliverables, and pricingEnthusiasm for working in a growth-focused environment and ability to be cross-functionalNatural curiosity and excitement to learn new technology, sell, and succeed as an individual and as a teamProven track record of sourcing and closing $250K+ professional services engagements and managing complex sales cyclesAbility to function as a meaningful team member to create value for Compass UOL, employees, partners, and customersA self-starter with a track record of over-achieving quotaDetail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with C-suite executives about complex subject matter both verbally and in writingAWS Cloud Practitioner certification to be achieved within the first 30 days of employment at Compass UOLMust be able and willing to manage 50% or more travelOn Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000 - $450,000
