Luvlette was founded in 2021 as a love letter made to luv every curve. We’re committed to inspiring confidence and making your first layer your best layer through quality support and unparalleled comfort.As a Senior Designer at Luvlette, you will be responsible for the creation, execution, and management of design for plus size intimates and lounge. Within this role, you will create top-selling items and merchandise your own designs from start to finish. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams on model/hair/make-up selection, styling, and art direction during the photoshoots and in post-production.You should be able to communicate your design direction to stakeholders while collaborating with creative teams to bring your vision to life. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, deadline-driven, data-focused, solutions-oriented problem-solver with a keen eye for trend, fit, and brand direction.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign seasonal lingerie and loungewear for the SHEIN Luvlette brand (categories include plus size bras, panties, sleepwear, accessories)Create mood and trend boards that communicate your design vision to cross-functional teamsComplete market, trend, and competitive research and reports to drive design strategyComplete design packages consisting of CADs and technical specificationsRefine product through customer research and surveysParticipate in eCommerce photo shoots to ensure visuals meet brand directivesSelect models and organize fittings; manage samples as neededOversee fittingsStay abreast of trends, new techniques, and resources in the lingerie spaceInnovate and partner with teamsTravel to Asia, as neededBe an inspiring, energy-giving leader of the team. Be proactive.Job Requirements5+ years of experience in lingerie designProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)Keen eye for trendsPay$83,600 min. – $132,600 max per year.
