Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, may be adjusted. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours.BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:The Academic Program Coordinator provides timely and focused support to GGU Worldwide's Faculty Directors and Deans. The position will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, performing highly responsible and complex administrative duties in support of the various academic program offerings of GGU Worldwide. This position requires attention to detail, good people skills, quick thinking, and student-centered customer care. Assigned tasks required will vary by program and may require multi-tasking. Additionally, this position serves as a primary GGU Worldwide liaison and resource to students, faculty, and staff; locally and globally.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Works as part of an administrative team to provide appropriate, timely, and focused support to students, staff, and faculty.Support Deans with syllabi management, course scheduling, instructor selection, student evaluations, timesheet administration and other projects.Use Curriculog to facilitate the curriculum changes and Smartsheet to manage course schedules.Provide administrative support for Assistant Dean and Faculty Directors and executive assistance to Dean and Associate Dean.Adjunct oversight, coordination, assistance, and onboarding point of contact.Track student grievances and appeals process.Prepare partner MOUs, agent contracts, articulation agreements programs and courses.Assure graduate courses and catalog information on the website are up to date.Course schedule planning, coordination, confirmation, and oversight.Closely monitor adjunct calendar working hours cap.Coordinate with other university departments, including Student accounts, Division of Student Success, facilities, schools, among others.Assist deans, faculty directors and faculty on outreach, client relations, and students' associations.Serve as Secretary for GGU International Institutional Review Board and Curriculum Quality Committee.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings; utilize strong judgment in managing priorities of requests and escalating as necessary for resolution and/or prioritization.Prepare documents, reports, agendas, presentations, and related materials.Assist with special events, immersions, and other activities.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education requirement:

Bachelor's degreeMaster's degree is a plus.

Years of experience:

Three to five years' experience on this role or similar is preferred.

Knowledge of:

Curriculog is preferred but not required.Smartsheet is preferred but not required.

Direct job-related requirements:

CRM - Ellucian Recruit and/or Salesforce.High level of proficiency with modern office practices, procedures, equipment, and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, MS Teams and other office technology.

Ability to work on campus in San Francisco, California.Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with students, faculty, and staff.Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment.Excellent interpersonal, administrative, communication, and organizational skills.Outstanding command of the English language in written and verbal forms.Ability to effectively interpret, organize, and present information and ideas in writing.Excellent project management skills, including ability to simultaneously manage several projects and activities.Work effectively as either a leader or team member to ensure that departmental goals are met by providing support to staff regardless of program designations and always keeping students and graduates best interest as a priority.Knowledge of languages besides English; Filipino, Hindi, or Mandarin-speaking is a plus.
