The Opportunity:Doing DevSecOps well means development and automation. Making tasks repeatable and efficient across multiple environments requires infrastructure as code, scripting, and sometimes writing applications. Our cloud service broker team is looking for developers with a good understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and networking to make new cloud capabilities available in environments that require standards-compliance and security.In this role, you’ll make a mission-forward impact as you sharpen your skillset and grow your career. Work with us as we shape systems for the better.You Have:3+ years of experience with engineering and building software solutions, developing and maintaining APIs, and building software releases1+ year of experience with Amazon Web Services1+ year of experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including bashExperience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform, Vault, and Secrets ManagerExperience with platform as a service technologies, including KubernetesKnowledge of network technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLSSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeAbility to obtain a DoD Directive IAT Level II 8570 or 8140 Series Certification within 30 days of hireNice If You Have:Experience writing applications in GoExperience with CrossplaneExperience with Azure or Google Cloud PlatformExperience with configuring WindowsExperience with Git and GitLabMaster’s degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
