Ensuring proper automation test strategy, planning & flawless execution will mitigate risks early in the software development lifecycle for experiences that will engage and benefit our valued customers.Meet Our TeamWe are the Commerce Growth team that owns the offers, rewards, and deals area of the PayPal app. You can expect to work with other iOS/Android SDETs, engineers, product managers, designers, analytics, and embedded quality engineers daily.Your way to impactIn this role, you will have a customer-focused opportunity to set a high bar on expectations throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Prioritizing a healthy automation investment will pave a path towards a successful and efficient continuous integration pipeline, adding quality checkpoints from start to finish.In your day-to-day role, you willPromote and encourage a culture of quality throughout the organizationRemove barriers to automation development, execution, and maintenanceCollaborate with product and engineering teams to identify automation requirements for new featuresOwn the implementation or enhancement of automation framework featuresMaintain a roadmap of automation improvementsCollaborate with tooling and release teams to achieve results, efficiently and accuratelyWhat do you need to bring6+ years of automation experience4+ years of mobile automation experienceStrong problem-solving ability with a passion for debugging complex issuesStrong communication and documentation skillsStrong experience writing mobile XCUITests (iOS) AND/OR AndroidExperience with a version control system (GIT, SVN, or similar)Additional Job Description:Subsidiary:
