The Senior Product Manager is responsible for structuring and leading discussions on the development of the product roadmap, including facilitating discussions with business stakeholders regarding product vision and strategy, the scope of key product features and prioritization of those features. This role will consider long-term business goals and will align the product strategies to those of the business stakeholders to maximize the value delivered by Technology and Digital. This role will keep up-to-date with current trends and technologies in the marketplace and will understand the product from a business, guest, and technology perspective.Preferred Education:MBA or other advanced degree.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication abilities - written and oral.Good time management and organization skills.Provide good estimates and realistic implementation schedules for tasks, projects, and initiatives.Financial industry background and Intellectual property licensing experience.Required Education:BA in Comp Sci, IS, Eng, Finance, Accounting, etc.Basic Qualifications:This role requires experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.Workday Adaptive certification is required.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in highly complex systems.Excellent communication abilities - written and oral.Experience making configuration changes within Adaptive Planning.Experience creating/modifying Adaptive Planning Dashboards and Reports.Experience with Adaptive's REST APIs.Experience updating Adaptive's data model.Clear understanding of Workday concepts related to Level, Attributes, Dimensions, Sheets, and Accounts.Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Google Docs, SharePoint.Demonstrate strong working knowledge of forecasting, contract management, revenue accounting, licensing, and IT standards desired.Demonstrates knowledge of the concepts, capabilities, and integration of packaged software.Benefits:401(k).Dental Insurance.Health insurance.Vision insurance.We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity, equality, inclusion, and respect for people.The salary will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.Additional Responsibilities:Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.About us:OrangePeople is an Enterprise Architecture and Project Management solutions company.
