Overview

Digital Commerce Team is looking for a consumer-focused and data-driven individual to join one of the fastest-growing brands in the footwear industry! The

Director of eTail & Marketplaces

will lead the end-to-end performance of HEYDUDE on Amazon US and other major marketplaces.

We are eager to find a relationship building pro that can work with our key accounts in the eTail and Marketplace space. The Director will be passionate about providing an outstanding and consistent brand experience from browse to fulfillment, unlocking revenue through the optimization of each marketplace platform. As a new role to the HEYDUDE organization, this person has the opportunity to greatly influence the growth of this department from the ground up, while managing and developing a team of SMEs for Amazon, Marketplaces, and Key Etail segments.

What You'll Do

Lead strategy, day-to-day operations, and overall performance for HEYDUDE Amazon accounts (FBA & FBM), inclusive of sales-centric KPIs, Amazon Account Health metrics, inventory levels and ad performance

Handle annual budget and forecasting for Amazon and Marketplaces

Develop incredible Amazon advertising strategies to improve growth opportunities using in-house and agency talent

Lead US HEYDUDE eTail team in developing 3rd party marketplace expansion strategy relating to current and emerging platforms

Establish relationships with integral eTail vendors, using Amazon/Marketplaces and HEYDUDE eCommerce expertise to identify and socialize external growth opportunities

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key eCommerce initiatives, promotions, demand planning, and brand marketing

Manage and build a team with a focus on delivering and enabling results for Amazon and Marketplaces channels

Collaborate with HEYDUDE Global eCommerce team to share platform ideas, and set Brand wide standards

What You'll Bring to the Table

You've supported a brand that has done $100 million + of annual business using Amazon 3P

7+ years in B2C eCommerce with shown success growing enterprise-level Amazon business in both FBA and FBM structures. SME for Amazon 3P & marketplaces standard processes.

3-5 years leading and developing eCommerce talent

Demonstrated ability to craft annual Marketplaces strategic plan and forecast that aligns with both department and organizational performance goals

Strong business process experience, including project management, and resource prioritization and utilization

You have a high-reaching approach and are comfortable pushing back on status quo, you search for creative ways to win, and capitalize on growth opportunities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfort leading through ambiguity

Teammate mentality with an understanding of what it means to win together

You're able to establish positive relationships with cross-functional partners, while advocating for Amazon/Marketplaces initiatives and objectives

BA or BS in business, marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience

Salary or Pay Range: $165,000 -$180,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
