As the

Talent Acquisition Team Leader , you will oversee and guide our recruitment team. In this role, you will lead a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations while supporting strategic initiatives and managing executive-level recruitment efforts.Your Role in ActionLead, mentor, and develop a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to meet hiring targets.Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.Implement and optimise recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Manage executive-level recruitment.What Makes You a Great FitProven experience in a recruitment leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing teams.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Experience in managing executive-level recruitment and working with senior stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.At Western Power, we are dedicated to empowering our team to shape the future of energy.
