About Our Client:

Addison Group’s client, a leading nonprofit organization, is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their HR team. This role will focus on coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and supporting other HR-related initiatives.

Job Description:

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate the full recruitment cycle for various administrative and programmatic roles, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal practices. The role also involves scheduling, candidate engagement, and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the recruiting process for administrative and programmatic positions, including resume screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.

Job Posting:

Create and post job ads on HRIS and external job boards, developing interview guides and screening questions.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and organize candidate interviews, working closely with hiring managers, panels, and other team members.

Candidate Feedback:

Develop feedback forms, collect post-interview surveys, and share results with hiring managers.

Offer Support:

Assist in the employment offer process, collaborating with senior HR staff and hiring managers.

Inbox Management:

Monitor the recruitment mailbox, responding to candidate inquiries and scheduling updates.

Internship Program Support:

(If assignment extends) Support recruitment for summer internship programs, partnering with university career centers.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-3 years of HR administrative experience, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience (intern recruitment is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using HRIS/ATS (Workday experience is a plus).

Soft Skills:

Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Desirable:

Experience supporting internship programs and working in nonprofit organizations is a plus.
