Experience in –
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
High-
volume recruiting experience
Proficient in –
ATS/HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills–
Independent, Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, dependable
Education –
Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
Possess working knowledge of compensation skills to determine an appropriate salary.
Resolve any issues and barriers associated with facilitating the seamless onboarding for new employees.
Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees
