.The OpportunityThe

Vice President, U.S. Commercial Operations

is a senior leader accountable for

all operational activities in the U.S.

This position will be responsible for business analytics, incentive compensation, training and launch excellence functions within the

U.S. commercial team

.

They will report to the regional general manager and be a critical part of the U.S. commercial leadership team. This position will work cross-functionally across

the organization to achieve commercial goals and will

launch and commercialization teams.What You Will ContributeCommercial Operations & EffectivenessWork collaboratively with commercial leadership to develop and implement a field deployment strategy to support the launch of Avidity productsWork cross functionally with market access, sales, legal and finance to assess and implement strategic pricing and contracting opportunities and manage the gross to net and its impactBuild and manage the day-to-day activities of Commercial Operations including sales planning, sales training and compliance, field communications, territory design, incentive compensation and field technologiesRun all commercial team meetings ranging from launch and annual meetings to regional team meetingsIdentify and engage with appropriate external partners to build the necessary competencies to support the launch of Avidity products (e.g. Symphony, IQVIA, Veeva, Axtria, ZS & Associates, etc.)Develop a field and in-house commercial and product training programBusiness Insights & AnalyticsPartner with IT to create actionable business analytics tools

working with vendors in development, implementation, and execution of projects within budget and timelineStrong analytical and financial acumen skills with high proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel is a must; should have the ability to assess and summarize large amounts of information and develop recommendationsUnderstanding

all aspects of launching and commercializing in a biotech setting, including

%What We will Provide to You:

The base salary range for this role is

$300,000-350,000

. The final compensation

will be commensurate with such

factors

as

relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors
