We are looking for a FYKES Team Director of Sales that has a proven track record of experience in sales and specifically in the real estate field. Our mission is to serve the client's needs first and foremost, while giving our agents time to recharge and have work/family balance. We need someone who has at least 2+ years experience in the real estate industry, has a great sense of humor, is able to handle all types of situations, is competitive, is customer-service oriented, and works to constantly challenge and improve themselves. This is a leadership position with huge growth opportunity.

Here is what you’ll be doing:
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
Leading the team in sales of listings.
Motivate the team daily by leading with energy during script practice and daily lead generation.
Coordinate with the Director of Operations to create a framework of daily/weekly lead generation activities based on an annual marketing calendar.
Run an efficient & motivational weekly sales meeting that may include numbers tracking, contests, motivational speaking/videos, and/or sales and systems training.
Demonstrate a learning-based personality by regularly attending classes, teaching and providing learning opportunities for the sales team.
Grow the team through attracting and retaining like-minded winners.
Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all listings.
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.

Motivates Sales Team and Tracks Production
Holds each agent accountable to their success plan during a weekly coaching meeting.
Leads daily huddle, script practice and lead generation. Lead generates daily alongside agents.
Runs an efficient and inspirational weekly sales meeting.
Identifies Talented Agents
Consistently maintains a pipeline of talent who are a match for FYKES culture.
Develops relationships with local leadership to identify potential talent.
Trains New Agents
Helps each agent create an individual growth plan.
Holds each agent accountable to a robust First 90 Days of training.
Develops a clear path to quickly get agents into productivity and identifies areas of need.
Leadership
Is responsible for meeting mutually agreed-upon team buyer and seller goals.
Blocks and manages work and personal time.
Succeeds through others by becoming an expert in Career Visioning.
Monthly review of lead gen budget. Provide feedback on lead gen activities and systems.
Develop a cohesive culture for FYKES and deliver on our work hard/play hard promise.
Easily able to explain the FYKES value proposition and team values.
What You Earn
We expect you to make between $70,000 - $120,000 in the first year, and between $120,000 - $200,000 in the second year.
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
Have an active real estate license.
Bachelor's degree.
Compensation
Commission: $70,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
