Oversees site operations, personnel, and manages P&L of assigned area.Essential Functions
Provide operational oversight of all branch and site operations within assigned area. Ensure adherence to operational procedures and processes, promoting excellence and efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities for site process improvement.Own area financial performance and manage area P&L. Develop and execute on strategies to improve financial performance.Complete financial and operational planning and forecasting process for assigned area.Drive integration of key region initiatives and performance improvement efforts within assigned area, including standard process and tech/tools in site ops (i.e., installation, field, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organization objectives.Promote business growth in region by developing and driving growth strategies in assigned areas and maintaining positive working relationships with key builders.Lead and inspire all branch and site personnel within assigned area. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.Prepare and present reports on area performance, including financials, operational metrics, and key initiatives, to senior management.Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor's Degree7+ years applicable job experienceSkills & Competencies
7+ years of experience in operations, including branch operationsStrong understanding of transactional and site operations and proceduresTrack record of successfully executing initiatives across business functionsPassion for operational and process excellence and improvementPhysical Requirements
