DescriptionYou will lead the development and execution of a dynamic strategy aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent across all levels of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. Collaboration with executive leadership is essential to ensure recruitment efforts align with the company’s growth goals and culture. You will have a direct impact on hiring more than 2,000 employees each year while reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and serving as a key member of the HR Leadership Team.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Create and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that supports the company’s growth and long-term goals. Identify key talent needs and build a roadmap for achieving hiring targets.Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven approach to recruitment.Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring an efficient and candidate-friendly hiring process that meets organizational needs.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand business objectives and staffing needs, providing guidance on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.Employer Branding: Strengthen and promote the company’s reputation as a top employer through social media, industry events, and other platforms to build a positive employer brand.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment success, measure performance, and continuously improve strategies.Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace by building a diverse talent pipeline.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations while staying informed of the latest recruitment trends to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus.10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Experience managing geographically distributed teams and handling high-volume recruiting.Background in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel 25-40% as needed.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and talent management best practices.Proven leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on driving performance.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using recruitment technology.Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.Employment Type: Full-Time
