Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Define and document the product vision and roadmap in consultation with the business stakeholders

Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders

Document requirements and specifications for existing and new products

Manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA analysts, and potentially external partners

Create and maintain release schedules including early prototypes, through minimum viable product (MVP), to the first and subsequent releases

Ensure assigned product initiatives are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with customer expectations

Coordinate with IT architects to align product and platform architectures and capabilities

Bring the product to market by ensuring the company is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle

Coordinate with DevOps team to ensure product is continually monitored and maintained

Define, track and communicate key product performance indicators as required to track business results

Maintain compliance with all legislative/statutory obligations and company policies (PCI, ADA, and PII, etc.).

Professional Skills:

Successful track record of delivering technology projects of very high complexity

Must possess strong written and oral communications skills

Strong analytical skills. Utilize root cause and impact analysis, interviews, focus groups, and other data gathering techniques proficiently

Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to: Word, PPT, Excel, and Project

Expert level proficiency building project plans

Employ Project Management techniques, tools and methods proficiently

Significant experience leading and mentoring teams of developers, designers, and IT professionals.

Strong organizational, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale digital development projects from inception to completion.

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Strong track record of delivering projects on time.

Ability to develop and implement digital development strategies that align with organizational goals.

Experience in budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation for digital projects.

Understanding of market trends and ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback and incorporate it into digital development strategies.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent background required. Minimum of five to ten years of relevant technology experience including mobile application and website development required. Three plus years working with agile software delivery teams (preferred).

Language Ability:

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Reasoning Ability:

Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, the marketing coordinator will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye.

Computer Skills:

Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Word, PPT, Excel, and Project. Deep understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or similar. Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Digital Product Director manages a team of business analysts, designers, and QA analysts.
