Job Description

PRESIDENT

The President provides strategic leadership and management to drive growth, operate efficiently, and achieve top sponsor and client evaluation ratings on Company services. The President executes the Company’s strategic direction, leading all internal and external stakeholders toward achieving the Company’s purpose and business objectives. The President manages the Executive team and the Services Team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Direct Reports:

The President manages the Executive Team, which includes the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Vice President of School Improvement. The President also manages the Services Team, which includes two Treasurers, two Accountants, a Payroll Specialist, and a Federal Program Director.

Strategic Leadership

Form a clear vision of maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers and attracting new customers.

Provide input and consultation, assisting the CEO with the Company’s strategic business plan and annual strategic and financial objectives.

Inspire senior leaders, staff and internal stakeholders to carry out the Company’s mission, vision and strategic objectives.

Inspire external stakeholders, collaborators, community leaders and the general public to support the Company’s purpose and initiatives.

Organizational Management

Oversee the direction and coordination of all approved Company initiatives, projects, and significant activities.

Plan, formulate and implement, with approval from the CEO, organizational policies and initiatives to achieve the Company’s annual and long-term objectives.

Maintain a business model and organizational structure that produces sustained financial health and the highest possible School Sponsorship ratings and ratings from Company’s clients.

Oversee and ensure the implementation of all standard operating procedures.

Directly manage the day-to-day activities of the Executive Team and Services Team.

Ensure succession needs are planned and addressed within each essential management function of the Company.

Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.

Business Development

Find new opportunities and funding streams.

Continuously seek out new sponsorship opportunities with high-quality school operators.

Strengthen and grow relationships with customers and prospective customers.

Improve revenue diversification by continuously evaluating new services and expanding existing services to new markets.

Advocacy and Thought Leadership

Establish, build and maintain relationships with key leaders and stakeholders such as school boards, superintendents, community leaders, and government officials.

Strengthen, maintain and secure the Company’s reputation as an industry leader and thought leader.

Elevate and continuously protect the Company’s reputation as the highest-rated sponsor for St. Aloysius Orphanage.

Serve as a spokesperson to external stakeholders, community leaders, government officials, the media, and the general public.

Essential Qualifications And Skills

Doctorate or Graduate degree.

Experience in the K-12 educational space preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing direct reports.

Demonstrated experience and accountability for delivering on the Company’s Strategic and Financial objectives.

Energizing forward-thinking Leader.

High moral character.

Strong computer skills.

Other Requirements

Able to travel up to 50% locally with occasional overnight travel (5% to 10%) to visit schools, attend conferences, and meet with state officials.
