If you’re ready to play a key role in a dynamic and growing aesthetics practice, we may be looking for you. We are recruiting an experienced executive director to oversee all operational facets and implement growth strategies for Neaman Plastic Surgery.

Neaman Plastic Surgery and Medi Spa is the premiere plastic surgery clinic in Salem and the surrounding areas. The practice has several components, including an active medical day spa, surgery center, wellness center, and hand therapy department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.

Practice management certification.

10+ years of experience in surgery practice management in a customer-service oriented practice; aesthetic experience preferred.

5+ years of experience with revenue cycle assessment, EMR software (such as Nextech), and medical service billing.

Proven track record of implementing projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Demonstrable skills in people leadership, staff management, and team building.

Proven knowledge of managing all aspects of practice operations, including creating and implementing processes, implementing projects, improving efficiency, business development, and financial management.

Self-motivated with effective problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; able to think outside the box to solve issues.

Knowledgeable in all aspects of medical billing.

Superior interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.

Technologically savvy, particularly with healthcare software.

Able to close sales and meet monthly quotas preferred.

Knowledge of regulations related to medical insurance a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures all day-to-day office operations are running efficiently and staffing levels are appropriate.

Manages and develops staff.

Ensures exceptional patient service, satisfaction, and care by all levels of the staff.

Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures.

Works closely with the leadership team on items such as implementing growth projects and process improvements, converting leads to patients, and improving the patient experience.

Participates in the development of business goals, objectives, and policies.

Ensures regulatory compliance.

Maintains the facility and recommends improvements.

Represents the clinic externally at events and maintains vendor relationships.
