Do you have deep experience in sales? Are you passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industries? If so, we may be looking for you! We’re recruiting a Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth across the aesthetic, plastic surgery, and wellness services of Weiler Plastic Surgery Group and Rejuvime Medical. This role will lead the sales team and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business objectives. The director will also play a critical role in expanding the client base, enhancing the patient experience, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Weiler Plastic Surgery Group

is increasing the number of locations supported by a growing team of board-certified plastic surgeons, aesthetic specialists, and support staff. They continue to be a premier source for surgical and nonsurgical aesthetics.

Rejuvime Medical

is focused on improving the quality of life by creating customized plans for men and women experiencing age-related hormonal imbalances and struggling with excess weight. The thriving practice includes clinics throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the aesthetic, plastic surgery, wellness, or dental industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Experience in developing and delivering effective sales training programs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of the aesthetic, plastic surgery, and wellness markets.

A commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
