Essential Responsibilities, Duties & Tasks:
Collaborate with managers to develop recruitment strategies and finalize job descriptions.Build a database of qualified candidates, utilize diverse sourcing techniques, and eliminate biases from the talent acquisition process.Cultivate relationships with community groups, social influencers, nonprofits, and professional networks.Promote job opportunities through various channels, including social media and community events.Provide project management support for leadership recruitment.Train hiring committees on interviewing skills and ensure compliance with DEI principles and employment law.Manage applicant tracking and produce reports for HR data/hiring metrics.Analyze trends to enhance talent acquisition and deployment in alignment with agency goals.This job is HYBRID but applicants must live in the Seattle area.AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
