The Change Associate Manager plays a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage of Change Management principles. This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. This role is responsible to advocate and facilitate change while assessing the company's change capacity and responsiveness.Essential FunctionsCreate comprehensive change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage.Design and execute change management plans, including people leader, sponsor, communication, training, and resistance management plans.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to influence and maximize collaboration and adoption of change management principles.Identify change opportunities and develop strategies to drive projects or initiatives alongside key stakeholders.Conduct regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.Ensure that sponsors are active and visible throughout the project, build a coalition of support, and communicate directly with employees.Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.Liaison with the team to develop and deliver training programs and materials to equip managers with the skills needed to manage change effectively.Anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors and risks from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes.Develop and implement resistance management plans to address and mitigate resistance.Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.Liaison with the training team to create and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to adopt changes.Track and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and employee adoption.Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Collect and analyze feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.Adapt change management strategies and plans based on feedback and lessons learned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.4-6 years of experience in change management.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.Knowledge of business processes and the ability to understand the impact of changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci Change Management Certification.Experience with Prosci's ADKAR Model and the Prosci 3-Phase Process a plus.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

EducationMinimum Required:
