: Senior Director of Jewish Affairs (K. Stiller)Full-Time/ExemptJob DescriptionCommunity Relations (CR) Team CoordinationTrack internal schedule of meetingsReserve rooms and help team prepare for meetingsUpkeep notes and necessary reportingMaintain internal files in Google DriveMaintain CR calendarIn connection with the above, track team schedules for individual eventsCommunity ResponseRespond to (or triage) general inquiries that come in via the general email account, website form, and phoneTrack inquiries and responsesProvide reporting on the aboveAnalytics and ReportingData entry in SalesforceData maintenance (within limited parameters)Legislative trackingAssist in the preparation of data reports and forecastsEventsAssist with logistical coordination of events, such as calendaring, reserving rooms or finding locations, ordering food, room setup, and other related tasksAssist with invitations and registrations, including the data side in Salesforce and other systemsCoordinate with Comms Team for production of promotional materialsAttend events with or on behalf of the CR teamGeneral AssistanceLight graphic designCopy editingOther tasks as neededQualificationsRequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapacity to effectively communicate and work with people from diverse backgroundsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptableGood time management skills, including organizing work, setting priorities, meeting critical deadlines, and working effectively on several projects concurrentlyProficiency using office software (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or experiencePeriodic ability to work weekends and eveningsPreferred (but not required)Experience and/or knowledge of the Jewish communityProject and/or event coordination experienceDatabase entry experience, especially SalesforceExperience with maintaining workplace and communications calendarsGraphic design experience, such as using CanvaExperience using Google WorkspacePlease submit your application/resume and a cover letter to: careers@jcrc.org
