Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Director – Employee Occupational Health and Safety.
This role will oversee all aspects of IU Health's Employee Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) services across the system. The EOHS Director provides direction and functional oversight for EOHS key processes and improvement initiatives. This leader will collaborate effectively with key regional and system stakeholders. This role facilitates the employee health process for new hires and transfers across the organization. This role provides guidance and improves efficiencies for employee health including workplace injuries. This individual will develop and enhance customer service and increase efficiencies for onboarding new hires and transfers across the system.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's Preferred. 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience with project management required.
Experience communicating and working effectively across boundaries required.
Experience improving processes required.
Experience improving and measuring customer service satisfaction levels required.
Background in occupational health or employee health operations required.
OSHA regulation and guideline experience required.
Financial acumen required.
Clinical background preferred.
