$58K - $62KShift:

Monday thru Friday, Day, 8am-4:30pmLong Term Care Experience Required!On-Site PositionBenefits:Paid trainingDaily, weekly, or biweekly pay optionsHealth, Life, Dental, and Vision insurance401k opportunityGenerous paid time off6 paid holidaysThe Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the facility level. Implements all Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures. Preferred candidate will have a background in long-term care.Job Responsibilities:

Recruits, interviews, tests, and assists department heads with selection of qualified employees to fill vacant positions.Leads Weekly Recruitment and Retention meetings with key facility staff to brainstorm and incorporate recruitment and retention plans.Prepares offer letters and rejection responses.Schedules and participates in new employee orientation programs.Maintains appropriate records of benefit plan participation, personnel transactions, and employee statistics as required for government reporting.Coordinates, schedules, and may present training programs.Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Administers and coordinates performance evaluation program to ensure effectiveness and compliance.Administers benefit programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurance, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.Investigates employee incidents and accidents and prepares required reports.Responsible for filling out and maintaining all unemployment claims.Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews.Maintains a monthly employee newsletter.Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.Minimum three years experience in human resources.Long Term Care Experience Required.Strong background in recruitment and retention required.We're an equal opportunity employer.
