To learn more, visit www.raydiant.com.About the RoleRaydiant is looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Associate to help grow the Raydiant channel partners ecosystem and achieve channel set goals. The role will be focused on growing the channel partners reseller portfolio, supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a portfolio of assigned partners or customers.The Channel Sales Associate will be responsible for winning, onboarding, and expanding relations with channel partners in the US and overseas. The CSA will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. The CSA represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner recruitment and sales objectives.This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGBring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.Prospecting, qualifying, proactively recruiting and on-boarding channel partners within Raydiant’s Ideal Partner Profile.Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.Forecast monthly sales revenue and achieve sales goals and KPIs set by management.Help manage all partners with a focus on creating yearly and quarterly channel plans.Travel and meet channel partners, to conduct presentations and live demos of the product.Focus on training Raydiant partners on effective methods for selling, using the partner portal and using Raydiant’s product.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.Build an excellent relationship with channel partners and focus on retaining sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced Raydiant partners on the best sales practices.Create monthly sales reports and communicate channel partners' monthly commission to them in coordination with the finance department.Own the management of the channel PRM.Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.What We Are Looking For2-4 years experience in channel sales, preferably within a SaaS product line.Self-driven with the motivation to go the extra mile with a positive "can-do" attitude.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you like to negotiate and to achieve targets.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong software and new technology awareness.Proficient with Salesforce.Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude.Open-minded and can react to change with agility.Entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives.Quick and autonomous learner.Approachable, honest, and a fun team player.Perks/Benefits at Raydiant401(k) plan.Flexible PTO and paid holidays.Lunch provided 4 days per week.Monthly Social Hours & Quarterly Offsite Events.Be a part of a low ego, high-performance team.Be one of the first 150 people in a very fast-growing company.Raydiant is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer that values diversity in hiring and gives consideration to all candidates regardless of their race, age, creed, color, religion or religious belief, national origin or ancestry, disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal law.
