The

Marketing Manager

will lead the marketing efforts for The Dupont Circle, driving brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's marketing strategy, including digital, print, partnerships, and experiential marketing. A strong focus will be on content creation, storytelling, and crafting marketing campaigns that resonate with discerning, luxury-seeking travelers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies:

In collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Social and Content Marketing Manager, develop comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, increase direct bookings, and support hotel revenue goals.Content Creation & Copywriting:

Craft compelling, luxury-focused content for web, print, and social media platforms that reflects the hotel’s unique positioning.Brand Management:

Ensure all marketing collateral and communications are aligned with the hotel’s luxury image and brand guidelines.Campaign Management:

Design, implement, and measure the success of campaigns, including digital ads, promotions, and loyalty marketing.Partnership Development:

Build and maintain partnerships with key influencers, luxury brands, travel agencies, and other strategic partners to enhance visibility and guest experiences.Food & Beverage Activations:

Collaborate with the F&B team to create marketing campaigns that promote the hotel’s restaurants and bars, including special events and seasonal promotions.Event Marketing:

Work closely with the sales and events team to market special events, from weddings to corporate meetings, to ensure optimal exposure and bookings.Analytics & Reporting:

Use analytics to track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.Manage Digital Presence:
