Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and provide HR insights and solutions that support these goals.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.Lead and manage HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, to deliver integrated HR services.Provide guidance and support on change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to the business.Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance organizational performance.Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay informed on HR best practices and industry trends.Coach and mentor managers and employees, helping them develop their leadership and interpersonal skills.Participate in and contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives at both the business unit and organizational levels.Qualifications

Extensive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR strategies and actions.Experience in leading and managing change initiatives within a complex organizational environment.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure HR effectiveness.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
