If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative environment, apply today!The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leaders and management teams across the organization. This role is responsible for driving HR strategies that align with business goals, managing complex HR issues, and fostering a high-performance culture. The Senior HRBP provides expertise in organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and change management.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business goals.Provide expert advice on HR issues and trends to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.Contribute to the development of business strategies and decisions from an HR perspective.Talent Management:Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure alignment with organizational needs.Develop and implement strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career development.Support leadership in identifying and addressing talent gaps and implementing appropriate interventions.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to HR Coordinators on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Organizational Development:Lead initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.Facilitate organizational assessments and recommend strategies for improving organizational effectiveness.Support cultural transformation and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience.Performance Management:Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Work with leaders to implement performance improvement plans and address performance issues effectively.HR Policies and Procedures:Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.Provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation to managers and employees.Data and Analytics:Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and productivity measures.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other HR teams (e.g., compensation and benefits, learning and development) to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.Engage with external partners and vendors as needed to enhance HR services and capabilities.RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in HR) preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in a senior HRBP or similar role.Certifications:

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is highly desirable.Skills:

Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and provide strategic HR guidance.Experience with change management, organizational development, and talent management.Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
