Position Summary:The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to foster a high-performance culture. This role involves guiding talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management while promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership:

Align HR strategies with business objectives, advising on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee retention.Employee Relations:

Manage complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and support managers in resolving conflicts.Collaboration:

Work with Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Benefits teams to integrate HR services seamlessly.Change Management:

Lead change initiatives, including organizational restructuring and process improvements.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.HR Analytics:

Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.Skills and Competencies:Leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, adaptability, project management, and strategic thinking.Expertise in employee relations, change management, and DEI.Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of HR experience.PHR or SPHR preferred.Travel:Minimal, up to 10%.Job Type:
