About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic
Commercial Real Estate Associate
to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll support complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. If you're passionate about real estate law and have a knack for managing sophisticated transactions, we want to meet you!
Your Mission:
Support the full life-cycle of real estate transactions from due diligence to closing
Represent sophisticated owners and operators in various capacities
Review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements
Collaborate effectively with team members and engage professionally with clients
What You Bring:
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Recent experience at an AM Law 100 firm is essential
Additional Requirements:
Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize, stay organized, and exercise attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in team settings
