Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking an experienced
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a highly regarded law firm that represents a wide range of clients in sophisticated commercial real estate matters.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.Prepare, review, and organize a variety of legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, closing statements, and loan documents.Conduct title, survey, and zoning reviews; identify issues and work with attorneys to resolve them.Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including drafting closing checklists, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all necessary documents are in place.Communicate with clients, title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other third parties involved in transactions.Perform due diligence, including reviewing public records, obtaining UCC searches, and ordering title commitments and policies.Maintain and organize files, ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents with appropriate authorities.Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed in real estate matters.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions.Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.Proficiency in title and survey review, as well as knowledge of closing procedures.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with a prestigious law firm on high-profile commercial real estate matters.Professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
