Expanding full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida is seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Attorney to manage the firm's Georgia law practice. Successful candidates must have experience in mortgage foreclosures as they will be responsible for working non-judicial foreclosures. Candidates must be a Georgia licensed title agent with experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end.
This position is full-time and candidates will have the option to be located in South Florida at the firm's main office in Boca Raton or in Georgia.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Georgia Bar license in good standing; being licensed to practice in Florida is a plus.
Must be an experienced real estate attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience; Georgia Creditor Bankruptcy experience and eviction experience are a plus.
Must be a Georgia licensed title agent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end.
Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
