Your expertise in navigating legal frameworks and your ability to inspire and guide your team through intricate deals drive remarkable outcomes. By fostering collaboration, ensuring compliance, and streamlining processes, you not only meet but exceed the demands of a fast-paced real estate environment. Your leadership empowers your team to achieve excellence, making a significant impact on the organization’s growth and success.What you’ll do in your role:Recruit, lead, and develop a team of attorneys and legal professionals responsible for negotiating and drafting complex agreements, including master lease agreements, site leases, and provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on land use, zoning and permitting issues related to wireless siting.Expertise and understanding of federal and state rules and regulations governing the siting and deployment of wireless infrastructure.Deep subject matter expertise negotiating transactions with national landlords (i.e., Crown Castle, ATC, SBA, Vertical Bridge, Equinix), telecom carriers, utility companies, municipalities, and utility companies.Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders and executives to interpret and effectively resolve local permitting and ordinance issues.Experience forging strategic relationships with state, local and federal government agencies.Develop and implement tools and processes to drive efficiency and consistency in the performance and management of legal services.Conduct RFPs and cost-effective management of external legal resource providers and outside counsel.The experience you’ll bring:Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to a state bar, with the ability to become a licensed attorney or practice in-house counsel in the State of Washington.Minimum 15 years of on-point in-house or law firm experience.Results oriented leader with executive maturity to render legal advice to senior leaders and executive management.Proven success leading diverse teams managing a high transaction volume.Collaborator with a positive “can do” attitude, excellent written, verbal communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Experience developing and implementing intake, workflow and contract lifecycle management tools and process efficiencies.Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively manage complex projects.Minimum Requirements:At least 18 years of age.Legally authorized to work in the United States.
