Key Role:Manage Booz Allen’s Capital Expenditure (Capex) Program, including strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead the finance team supporting the Global Workplace (GW) and Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) organizations, driving financial strategy and managing budget performance. Partner with GW and ETSS leaders to develop annual and multi-year business plans and provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues. Contribute to the annual planning process and continue to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices. Help drive financial strategy for major investment projects and ensure strong ROI on firmwide initiatives led by partner organizations. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and current and predicted future trends. Lead the management of firmwide capital expenditure and depreciation planning, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate the activities of the GW and ETSS finance teams, including indirect rate management, risk and opportunity assessment, quarterly forecast updates, collaboration with GW and ETSS leadership teams, and the bottoms-up forecasting process. Develop strategies to identify and minimize financial risks, maximize efficiencies, and support ongoing talent development. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience advising leadership around financial, operational, and strategic planningExperience with CapEx planning, strategic development, and forecastingExperience improving, implementing, and establishing best practicesExperience with financial analysis, planning, and setting outlooks that link to strategic and operational requirementsExperience with enterprise planning and reporting tools, including Hyperion, Workday, or EssbaseExperience with Microsoft Excel, including extensive use of formulas to build financial reports and modelsAbility to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a robust teamBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience conducting financial analysis and understanding the accounting treatment for facilities or capital expenditure portfolios a plusExperience in the government contracting industry and federal cost accounting standardsExperience supporting transformation efforts at a large organizationAbility to execute and communicate at varying levels of detailExcellent presentation, analytical, and collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external constituentsMaster's degree in Business AdministrationCompensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
