Summary:

The Program Manager for HR Operations is responsible for implementing and executing programs and processes for the operations function. This position will partner closely with the Manager of HR Operations to develop programs, process improvements, and develop implementation plans for both the corporate office as well as onsite locations across Alaska and the Lower 48 (L48). This role will span a variety of areas and projects, including the drug testing program, temp agency usage and policies, background checks, recruiting, employee document storage, data integrity, and other day-to-day operational processes.

Develops HR program and execution plans, including defining the program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Programs can include medical placement, recruiting process documentation and training, temporary spend, supplier and contract management, drug screen administration and training.Creates detailed project plans and ensures that timelines and milestones are being met; adjusts as needed to ensure successful completion.Partners closely with HR Operations and leadership to ensure alignment of priorities and that the proposed process/programs meet the needs of the organization.Identifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.Collect and analyze data to measure program(s) effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.Works cross-functionally across the HR department to ensure process and program changes are clearly communicated and implemented effectively.Ensures HR programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Accountable for budget management, spend tracking and invoice approval for applicable programs.This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $110,000 to $130,000.

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related field.A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience.Project and program management experience.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.Preferred Education And Experience

PHR or SHRM-CP certification.PMP or similar certification.Experience working in a manufacturing industry.Experience in a manufacturing industry.Experience working in Ceridian Dayforce.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Work environment:

This job takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and has moderate noise.

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly sits for long periods of time using a computer, is required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch. May occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
