This role will play a vital part in driving towards our divisional and enterprise objectives. The Senior Manager will report to Head of Transformation and partner closely across all Business Units.The ideal candidate is someone who is:Technically proficient with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to relate data to business objectivesAble to develop organic perspectives and meaningful recommendationsCommitted to developing the careers of those on the teamFocused on building collaborative working relationships with othersProactive and upbeatComfortable in front of senior stakeholdersFamiliar with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)What you will do:Develop and own our BA&S roadmapDevelop analytic products - ranging from low code automation to advanced analytics tied to stated objectivesBe responsible for, encourage, and coach a team of data analystsExpand the use of low code, no code applicationsEnsure timely delivery of quality products across the teamBuild relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure we are focused on the right pieces of workCollaborate with Technology teams to advance our data strategy and overall capability as a FirmWhat you bring:A proven track record of building analytic teams and resulting impactAn ability to provide clear direction and break down barriers to progressA strong preference for actionExperience working on data engineering projects and partnering with technologyProficiency with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Power PlatformsEducation Preferred:Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experienceExperience:10+ years of relevant experience
