Responsibilities:

Lead the clinical team and oversee assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and transitions.

Supervise two Clinical Directors and the Nurse Manager.

Manage weekly group schedules and facilitate meetings.

Coordinate care across departments to foster teamwork.

Ensure DBT adherence and facilitate training.

Maintain program quality by adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (MSW, CSW, CMHC, MFT, LPC, or related).

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).

Foundational training in DBT with practical experience.

Knowledge of DSM-V disorders and therapeutic interventions.

Strong skills in communication, planning, and supervision.

Preferred Experience:

Five years as a licensed therapist leading therapy sessions.

Two or more years in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.

Two or more years of leading and supervising a clinical team.
