Reef's private equity real estate team is currently involved in some of the most prominent development transactions in Utah and other targeted geographies across the United States.Reef is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to manage operations for our Black Desert Resort project in Ivins, Utah, including development, construction, hospitality, golf course management, dining, and event services. This role requires a seasoned leader with experience in organizational planning, financial management, and team building. Operations may also help facilitate relationships with sponsors, intermediaries, advisors, and investors.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Three to five years of operations management, investment banking, private equity, and/ or other relevant real estate experienceA strong background in operational leadership within the luxury hospitality or resort industry, coupled with a track record of leading complex, multi-faceted operations.Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier schoolStrong operational systems and processes design, financial modeling, and presentation skillsExceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potentialExcellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high EQAbility to develop rapport with existing and potential partners and sponsorsDemonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth.Job Responsibilities:Strategic Operations Management: Create a global coordination and communication system for Black Desert operations, including development, construction, hospitality, golf course management, dining, and event services.
