Position Overview:

The Vice President of Marketing and Sales will spearhead marketing and hospitality sales initiatives across all Reef hospitality, golf, and real estate business lines, including Black Desert Resort, Tributer Resort, Cutalong, Marcella, and Coco Palms. This executive role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities in both digital and traditional mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing and hospitality sales activities for various business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

Lead the development and continuous optimization of marketing activities across all digital platforms, including websites, apps, booking engines, CRM/email platforms, and ticketing systems.

Media Management:

Oversee strategic planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of paid and owned media, including traditional (TV, billboards, direct mail) and digital (search, display, paid social, OTT).

SEO & Reputation Management:

Direct search engine optimization efforts and manage digital reputation to enhance online presence and brand credibility.

Sales & Revenue Management:

Monitor and advise on hospitality sales, marketing distribution, and revenue management functions as required.

Industry Best Practices:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, media, and hospitality sales to drive innovation.

Program Development:

Analyze, evaluate, and implement new marketing programs and activities, such as loyalty programs, to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Agency & Tool Management:

Select and manage agency partners and digital tools to effectively execute marketing initiatives.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and conduct regular financial forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Cross-Functional Support:

Support the execution of marketing programs managed by other teams, including events, entertainment, and communications.

Team Development:

Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a senior marketing and sales leadership role within the hospitality or real estate sectors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a track record of successful campaign execution.

Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.

Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
