Our current membership numbers sit at approximately 350 across all levels of club membership and that number will continue to grow.
In addition to Black Desert, our portfolio feature's two other remarkable projects - Marcella, an exclusive private home community in Park City, Utah, anchored by the newest Tiger Woods designed golf course, offering an unparalleled living and golfing experience. In Lake Anna, Virginia, we are developing Cutalong at Tributer Bay, which is poised to become a premier golf destination in the heart of Virginia.
Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team in the construction development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This role is crucial for maintaining budget control, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of agreements.
Key Responsibilities:Contract Management:
Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring alignment with project requirements and legal standards.Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure that all parties adhere to contractual terms and conditions, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Documentation Coordination:
Maintain organized and accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Facilitate the timely processing of necessary paperwork, including change orders and payment requests.Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for project managers, legal teams, contractors, and clients regarding contractual matters, fostering open communication and collaboration.Budget Oversight:
Assist in monitoring project budgets related to contracts, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits and identifying any potential financial risks.Project Support:
Work closely with project managers to support the execution of contracts, addressing any issues that arise and providing guidance on contract-related decisions.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with contracts and recommend strategies for mitigation.Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, and financial implications to senior management and project stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and compliance regulations.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Company Benefits:
