Stealth RF (DBA Cellantenna International Inc) is a WOSB manufacturing RF amplification and control equipment used by Law Enforcement and Military. Our innovations are used for EW and ECM missions. As a key requirement for our growth, we require a Chief Revenue Officer to expand our connectivity in our vertical growth markets.

Responsibilities

Grow the company’s revenue, reporting to the CEO on all matters regarding the company’s revenue.

Streamline sales, marketing, and customer relationship marketing.

Provide a sales strategy analyzing all potential opportunities focusing on those areas that will increase the company’s EBIDTA.

In charge of operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and revenue management.

Review each product to generate the most revenue possible to the most relevant audience.

Maximize the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments.

Develop and execute a plan maximizing the effectiveness of distribution.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of a CRO or Chief Revenue Officer

Develop and communicate growth strategies with CEO, COO, and board of advisors.

Set up the process of generating revenue.

Unify processes to offer the customer the best experience possible.

Integrate sales and marketing, as well as any other processes that maximize the returns on marketing investment.

Clearly identify micro-markets and create specific products targeting those markets.

Create a pricing strategy to target those micro-markets for the highest possible return.

Monitor all revenue streams and adjust as necessary.

Forecast revenue generation and the strategies required, planning accordingly.

Manage all revenue channel development and introduce new sales channels and partners.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2G electronic EW/ECM sales.

Knowledge of military contracting and support.

Results-oriented, especially in the long-term.

Acute awareness of the market.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset.

US Citizen.

Veterans are preferred for this position.
