We're looking for a dynamic Partner Enablement Lead to support Notion’s growing Services & Channel Partner Team. This role is pivotal in designing and developing learning content training, empowering, and scaling our global partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to ensure our partners have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You'll be developing and implementing enablement strategies that articulate the business value of Notion’s solutions, driving performance, efficiency, and productivity for our various partner types (Cloud, VARs, SI/GSIs, ISV).What You'll Achieve:

Develop and implement a partner enablement roadmap aligned with channel business strategy and partner skill needs, in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (channel BD, sales, services, customer success, engineering and product).Design and develop comprehensive learning paths and training materials for consulting and channel partners, building and implementing enablement frameworks that deliver onboarding, role based, and technical training. When necessary, conducting in-person (ILT) and virtual workshops in US, EMEA and APAC regions, providing sales and delivery tools and resources to support partner deal cycles and implementationsEstablish clear goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across PMM, product enablement, channel marketing, strategy and channel sales organizations to align enablement initiatives with go-to-market strategies and business priorities.Manage full end to end refreshes of content related to feature and product releases, and annual re-certification training in order keep partners up-to-date on Notion’s latest product capabilities.Lead evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of enablement technology platforms and tools to enrich partner learning experiences and track performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.Skills You'll Need to Bring:

8+ years of experience building and delivering enablement programs that support enterprise customers or partners on all aspects of technology implementations, including workflow design, technical development, and change management.Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials.Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly with horizontal products/companies like Slack, Mulesoft, Zapier, Atlassian, or Asana.Background in professional services or partner management supporting enterprise customers and global/regional systems integrators.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools (e.g., Workramp, Continu, Cornerstone).Nice to Haves:

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
