Savvee Consulting Inc is seeking to hire a
Project Manager
to support our federal client in a hybrid work model of onsite/telework. The client is located in
Bethesda, MD . Candidates must be experienced in managing a CPIC / IT Portfolio Management team, have a strong understanding and experience of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), and able to provide exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Essential Functions
Serving as a subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of IT management, mission driven IT governance and Federal IT portfolio management
Providing expert knowledge of federal policies for CPIC, including Technology Business Management (TBM) and Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) requirements to support agency's IT Investment Portfolio and ensure ongoing compliance with GAO, OMB, and parent agency
Working directly with stakeholders and investment owners to collect and report IT investments including TBM requirements
Entering agency IT investment budget data in tools/systems as required by agency and parent agency
Coordinating agency investment related IT data calls from agency, OMB, and other federal entities
Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations of investments and IT Portfolio related information to leadership
Providing strategic and staff support to CPIC-related committees, governance groups, and working groups
Providing technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized application and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Required Education & Training
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience & Skills
Eight or more years of related experience in technology strategy and portfolio management
Experienced with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a US Citizen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
