Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a cleared Communications Program Managers to sit local to the DMV area supporting a large government customer. The individual will help support internal messaging on time sensitive transformation updates, status of ongoing change management projects related to transformation, strategic plans, and office portfolios/contacts as well as presentation materials for internal government stakeholders. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Develop communication methods and products ranging from templates to final submissions
Coordinate and draft messaging materials across functional teams
Design high-quality presentations
Establish document management system
Capture notes from meetings with project teams and helps turn into deliverables with minimal direction.
Compensation: $65/hr to $80/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Secret security clearance
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to different levels of an organization
Communication and/or public affairs experience
Technical skills in graphic design, writing, and editing communication materials
Relevant software expertise (ie SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Expertise in scheduling/hosting across multiple virtual meeting platform null
