Director of Enterprise Applications

Location: Redwood Shores, CA

The Role

We are looking for an authentic and experienced

Director of Enterprise Applications

based at Seer HQ in Redwood Shores, CA, who will be a key member of the

Information Technology

team. This role will lead and manage the company's CRM, ERP, and Analytics platforms, specifically Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Power BI, and Salesforce Einstein. This role will be pivotal in aligning IT solutions with business needs, ensuring effective use of these platforms to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities & Goals

Leadership & Strategy:

Oversee the strategy, development, and management of CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and Analytics platforms (Power BI, Salesforce Einstein).

Provide vision and leadership in integrating these systems to enhance business operations and decision-making.

Develop and maintain a roadmap for the evolution of enterprise applications.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.

Serve as the primary contact between business units, internal IT, and Vendor Partners, ensuring business needs are met through technology solutions.

Facilitate discussions and decisions regarding system enhancements, new projects, and problem resolution.

Solution Architecture & Implementation:

Design and architect solutions that align with the business requirements and leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Analytics tools.

Lead the selection and management of vendor partners for the implementation of solutions.

Ensure successful deployment of solutions, including configuration, integration, testing, and user training.

Operational Excellence:

Manage the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise applications.

Oversee the governance, compliance, and security of these applications.

Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure that the systems are delivering the intended value.

Background & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

10+ years of experience in managing enterprise applications, with significant experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, and analytics tools like Power BI.

Proven track record of successfully implementing and integrating CRM, ERP, and analytics solutions.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience working with vendor partners and managing large-scale projects.

At Seer, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $190,000 and $225,000, depending on the candidate's education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in the Company's stock option plan.
