Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of salon operations.
Oversee 7-12 Salon Managers in surrounding stores.
Manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitizing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and promotion strategies.
Supervise front desk activities to streamline check-in/out processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the beauty industry. Experience with chains of branded salons preferred (e.g., Regis brands, Hair Cuttery, Sports Clips). Experience with 7-15 locations.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards achieving business goals while maintaining high standards of service.
Prior experience in customer service roles with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Proficiency in retail sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
Knowledge of front desk operations to ensure smooth salon flow.
