Job Summary:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beauty establishment. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of beauty professionals to deliver outstanding service to our clientele.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all salon regulations and standards.
Oversee inventory management and procurement of salon supplies.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Utilize salon software to optimize scheduling, inventory tracking, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the beauty industry with expertise in nail care, makeup application, and guest services.
Familiarity with product demos, Millennium software, and dermal fillers is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermabrasion, and sanitation procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
