Job SummaryOversees all facets of the operation and is responsible for ensuring that legendary food and legendary services are adhered to at all times. The MP is an entrepreneur and is responsible for all decisions made in and out of his/her four walls.Essential FunctionsEnsure compliance with all employment policiesIn charge of weekly management schedulesPlans and performs weekly management directional'sFinal interview with all hourly employeesBi-yearly management reviewsWeekly and monthly P&L managementMonthly P&L recapOversees weekly inventoriesOversees weekly and monthly budgetsSales and labor planning; reviews all schedulesWeekly invoice processingWeekly declining budgets; supplies, R&M, LBW, food, linen, etc.Weekly product mix updates with KMVerifies daily taste and tempVerifies audit, ESF, and training standards are being maintainedYearly budget planningPlans yearly party and fun outings for the staffEnsures that the cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained at all timesThe safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all timesOversees incentive programs and ensures they are properly communicated to the staff via the KM and SM; Real Bar, Meat Cutter HERO program, Training Champions, etc.Oversees all LSM activitiesOversees development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practicesMaintains culture and ensures a safe and healthy work environment for staff and managersUnderstands and practices safe food handling proceduresManages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
