You have proven experience developing and implementing successful social campaigns for travel and hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands, both big and small. Within your agency leadership role, you look at the full landscape of the social department to achieve goals and explore how to best support our clients, teams, and future needs. You bring thought leadership and learning opportunities to all offices and provide input on social scopes of work, staffing, innovation, industry insights, new platforms, and updates on tools. You are responsible for reviewing Harvest time tracking and profitability numbers and making go-forward recommendations, including new business opportunities. You’re a trusted voice and a collaborative colleague creating efficiencies with PR team leaders for integrated clients and bringing strategic ideas and motivation to your teams.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccount + Client ManagementDevelop meaningful and successful account strategies that may transcend an individual account.Oversee client strategy sessions, providing big-picture, creative, and strategic thinking.Have a proven tactical track record of successful campaigns focused on hospitality (hotel launches, brand initiatives, renovations, launches, executive positioning, promotions, milestones, etc).Execute top-tier tactics while strategically delegating overall team deliverables.Contribute to the resource plans, scope of work, and contractual agreements as needed.Creatively ideate.Oversee partnership collaborations, offering industry and social expertise.Oversee social media during times of crisis, offering expert counsel to clients and teams.Be a visionary for the direction of content creation and alignment with PR efforts.Integrate social-media work with the agency’s other work, as well as the clients’ paid efforts, to help produce maximum impact, results, engagement, traffic, and ROI.Paid + Organic Social LeadershipLead and provide expertise and guidance on the strategy behind all creative, organic, and paid campaigns.Design and subsequently oversee the execution of approved social media strategies and activations, with close adherence to timelines and budgets, as well as proactive internal and client-facing communication.Oversee paid social media efforts across all JPR social media client accounts ensuring organic efforts are supported and maximized with ad spend to increase results.Oversee client ad budgets, reviewing said budgets, flighting for all managed platforms, managing bid strategy, and campaign optimizations.Oversee requirements, tasks, and resources associated with paid social strategy and execution: includes account structure, bid management, targeting, budget management, landing page optimization, analytics and tracking, ROI, and retention recommendations.Establish roles and responsibilities for team members, lead workflow, and develop processes/SOPs for the agency and teams.Manage direct report(s), providing leadership, guidance, feedback, and coaching to direct report(s) and account teams both in person and remotely.Provide training, coaching, mentoring, inspiration, and support to JPR Employees across the agency and offices.Innovation identifier and action taker for the agency, staying ahead of the curve on new social media content best practices and overseeing the development of any emerging social platforms or trends.Become a valued industry expert who reinforces the agency’s creative capabilities and offerings.Actively spot trends, have strong industry connections, and be an expert in positioning JPR and clients ahead of the trends.Drive new business acquisition through lead generation and participation in new business meetings.Participate in and demonstrate leadership at industry events, panels, and seek opportunities for thought leadership at both an agency and an industry level.OtherAnd other tasks, projects, or duties as required.ExperienceCollege Degree or comparable experience required.At least 10 years of experience with digital marketing and/or social media, with a minimum of 6 years of experience leading projects on social accounts.Expertise using tools to measure social media ROI and create reporting such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.Expertise using content management tools such as HeyOrca, Sprout Social, etc.Expertise implementing paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Experience leading photo editing efforts (Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom).Expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Power Editor, Ads Manager, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Canva.Extensive experience managing, motivating, and leading account teams.Extremely adept at managing client expectations as they relate to scope and delivery of service.Extensive experience overseeing the financials of an account in a client-services organization.Ability to collaborate effectively with other agency capabilities to meet common goals.Agency or in-house experience preferred.Travel and/or hotel industry experience preferred.RequirementsAbility to travel for Client needs.Computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.Excellent leadership and coaching skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills.Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.Advanced understanding of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.Advanced understanding of Influencer engagement.Must have a valid passport for international travel.J/PR offers a competitive benefits package,
